Created an App for couples who struggle with resolving conflict.
Married to Sue Ann for 45 years, and boast an amazing family of three sons, three daughters (by marriage), and four granddaughters.
Currently live and work in Dayton Ohio and like to spend spare time camping, biking, hiking, and being with family.

I am trustworthy, dependable and faithful.
I am fun, playful and competetive.
I am Randy and I exist: Isaiah 61:1-3 "The Spirit of God is on me - because God anointed me.

to give them a praising heart instead of a languid spirit.

I exist to love Sue Ann with excellence and to leave a legacy to Ryan, Ben, TJ, and their families, believing that they will do greater things than I.

I desire to help people move intentionally toward healing so that they may have the future they hope for.
TimeToHeal is a non-profit organization created to assist pastors, counselors and lay helpers who desire to give a listening ear to people in pain and offer practical help.
We desire to come alongside and help close the gap between the moment someone wants help and the moment they receive it.
TimeToHeal offers training in practical skills to become competent listeners, caregivers, and coaches in a faith-based setting. Also included is ongoing support, consultation, and assistance in creating a solid referral system.
